The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years' industry experience in landscape architecture or urban design, AILA registration or in progress, and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D modelling is preferred, with a proactive, well-organised

• A tertiary qualification in a related field.
• AILA registration, eligibility or in progress.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and care.

Responsibilities

• Work on meaningful, high-quality public realm projects, from civic precincts, green-fields residential developments, commercial projects, urban renewal, parks and play spaces.
• Produce creative and precise concept designs, graphics, and documentation.
• Collaborate with a talented, tight-knit team of professionals who support each other.
• Learn through doing with the support of experienced mentors and real responsibility.
• Contribute to a studio culture that values bold ideas, shared success, and continuous improvement.
