Job summary

Rus Landscapes on the Gold Coast is seeking a Landscape Apprentice / Landscape Labourer to join our hands‑on team. You’ll work across residential landscaping projects from earthworks to finishing touches, gaining broad experience.

This role is ideal for someone reliable, physically fit and eager to learn the trade. White Card holders preferred; transport and a positive attitude are valued, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Site preparation, excavation and demolition.
• Paving, stonework and decking.

Job description

Rus Landscapes is looking for a Landscape Apprentice / Landscape Labourer to join our team on the Gold Coast.

We specialise in residential landscape construction and complete outdoor projects from start to finish. Our work includes structural landscaping, pool surrounds, paving, retaining walls, concreting, decking, fencing, drainage, turf and planting.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to work hard and interested in learning the landscaping trade. Previous experience is a bonus, but we’re also happy to consider someone with the right attitude who wants to build a career in the industry.

The Role

You’ll be working as part of our construction team across a variety of residential landscaping projects.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Site preparation, excavation and demolition
• Paving and stonework
• Retaining wall construction
• Concrete preparation and installation
• Decking and fencing
• Drainage and irrigation
• Garden preparation and edging
• Planting, soil and mulching
• Using hand and power tools
• Loading and moving materials
• Maintaining clean and organised worksites
• Learning all aspects of landscape construction as you progress

This is a hands‑on role and you’ll be involved in the actual construction of our projects, not just general labouring.
