Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Landlord Asset Manager to connect the National Maintenance and Property teams with landlords across the Coles network. You will manage landlord-owned assets, clarify responsibilities, review lease obligations and drive timely outcomes for our stores.
You will build strong relationships with landlords, negotiate on capital works, and support cost recovery while coordinating issues with stores and service providers.

As Landlord Asset Manager, you’ll be a key conduit between the National Maintenance Manager, our Property teams and external landlords across the Coles network.
