Qualifications

Civil Engineer with land development / land infrastructure experience.
Strong design, documentation, and coordination skills.

Client-facing with network-building and innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
RPEQ certification or working towards it is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver land development and infrastructure projects, including subdivision works.
Review and verify engineering designs for quality and compliance.
Coordinate with engineers and drafters to produce high-quality outputs.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery from concept to completion.
Take on increasing project leadership, mentoring, and team coordination.
