Qualifications

• Minimum degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in systems engineering leadership.
• Experience in land capability or defence programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead baselining and system integration across lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure verification and configuration management for the program.
