Myer Cairns is seeking a Lancôme Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised consultations across skincare, makeup and fragrance, helping customers feel confident and radiant. You’ll provide expert advice and tailor recommendations in a luxury counter environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, achieve sales targets, stay current with new launches, assist with events, and maintain pristine merchandising while upholding Lancôme’s elegance and brand values.

• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and brand activations to enhance customer engagement.
• Uphold Lancôme’s brand values of elegance, innovation, and empowerment in every interaction.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a professional, positive, and results-driven environment.
