What do we look for?

• Labouring experience is notalways required, so please do not discount yourself, if you are seeking a career change, or are a recent school-leaver
• A drivers licence and reliable vehicle will be needed for you to get to and from work, if successful for a position.
• Availability - Our clients needs range from full-time to part-time hours, so please communicate your preferences with our team when they contact you. Typically, we are seeking candidates who can work all, or some days, between Monday - Friday.
• Excellent physical fitness is a must - It is definite that all of our host environments come with a requirement of manual labour, which can be repetitive and heavy at times, therefore - a full functional physical test may be requested
• Fitness for work, with the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to commencement.
• Tickets and Qualifications: This part is simple - If you are looking for a career in construction, a White Card will be required as a minimum. For all other industries, the tickets required will be dependent upon the role.
