Job summary

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking an experienced labourer for a day shift in Thomastown to join a large clay brick manufacturer. The role involves brick labouring on site, inspecting quality, removing defective bricks, and replacing with perfect ones; forklift operation may be required occasionally.

Applicants must have full work rights in Australia, be available Monday to Saturday 5:30am to 1:30pm, be physically fit and safety focused, and have reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Experience as a labourer in warehousing or construction.
• LF Forklift license is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic and ability to commit to long hours.

Labourer/Store Person wanted in Thomastown!

• Ordinary pay rate $42.65 ph (includes casual loading)

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced labourer for day shift to join a friendly client in Thomastown.

Our client is one of Australia’s largest clay brick manufacturers. It offers a broad range of bricks and pavers for residential, architectural, and commercial applications.

Successful applicants must have full work rights to work in Australia and must be available Monday - Saturday 5:30am to 1:30pm

Your primary role will be:

• Brick labourer on site ,to visually inspect the bricks for quality and if any defects or damages, remove the bricks from the conveyor and replace it with a perfect brick instead.
• Inspecting the quality of the bricks, ensuring there are no cracks, breakages, or color mismatch.
• Driving forklift when required ( Not much forklift work, maybe 20% of the time)

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Have experience as a laborer in general warehousing or construction.
• LF Forklift license will be highly desirable
• Have a strong work ethic and be able to commit to the long working hours.
• Be physically fit
• Safety focused.
• Have reliable transport.
• Can pass D&A test
