PRINTERS ASSISTANT / LABOURERS NEEDED START ASAP / DAYSHIFT / MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

Currently seeking a skilled printers assistants to commence asap, Days shift 6am to 2pm, with a busy packaging company based in the Milperra area. Initially the position will start as a casual position; you will be offered full-time hours (38hrs a week). Excellent conditions on offer. Willing to invest time and training into the right person. Findstaff are seeking a qualified printers assistant to join established companies within the cartons and packaging sector of print, as well as reel hands for the Web magazine and newspaper area of the print industry.

Details of the Position and Relevant Experience

• Sheet fed offsiders, Reel hands, Flexo assistants, slitter rewinders.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or labouring is desirable but not essential.
• Opportunities to train up across multiple machines.
• Stripping and positioning pallets into the feeder.
• Filling and monitoring ink levels.
• Set up and adjustment of feeder to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Training provided for those who demonstrate the right stuff.
• Great working conditions.
• Hourly rate between $32 - 34 per hour.
• Immediate start for qualified offsiders.
• Stable work days, arvos and nights.
• Working as part of a team.
• Must be physically fit as this can be a demanding labour intensive role.
