With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skill sets, you could find yourself doing any of the following activities: Vegetable planting, thinning, pruning, picking, packing Sorting, packing or grading of produce where this requires the exercise of only minimal judgment

Performing a range of housekeeping tasks Performing basic recording functions, interpret data and communicate findings with Supervisors/ managers; Operating farm related vehicles, plant, machinery, machine operation and general labour

Assist in machinery operations for spraying, ground prep and planting Award: Horticulture Award 2020 Level 1:

Annual: $50,862 p.a Hourly rates: $25.74 p.h Level 2:

Annual: $52,245 p.a Hourly rates: $26.44 p.h Level 3:

Annual: $53,036 p.a Hourly rates: $26.84 p.h Level 4:

Annual: $54,972 p.a Hourly rates: $27.82 p.h Level 5:

Annual: $58,193 p.a Hourly rates: $29.45 p.h Entry level pay rates are based on no or little relevant experience, You will have the opportunity to progress through the above levels based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance and performance record.
