Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Gardening Assistant to support a range of site tasks across commercial and residential projects. This casual role offers consistent shifts, weekly pay, and the potential for ongoing work with reputable employers.

Required are at least 12 months of general labour or trade assistant experience, a Construction White Card, a valid driver’s licence, and a willingness to perform physically demanding work with reliability and a positive attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Container unloading
• Site clean-ups and final cleans
• General manual handling duties

• Assembling products

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:
