Xpcommercial is seeking a dedicated Labourer for a 6-8 week assignment in Twin Waters, QLD. You will help load/unload materials, set up and dismantle work areas, clean sites, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with the team to ensure efficient operations.

Candidates should have proven Labourer experience, strong fitness, attention to detail, and reliable transport with Australian work rights. The role offers comprehensive training and a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Formación

• Strong physical fitness and ability to perform demanding tasks.
• Good eye for detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Xpcommercial is looking for a skilled and dedicated Labourer to join our team in Twin Waters, QLD for a 6-8 week job. In this position, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of manual and physical tasks to support our operations and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the loading, unloading and moving of materials, equipment and tools
• Performing cleaning duties on work sites and facilities
• Setting up and dismantling work areas, equipment and site infrastructure as required
• Adhering to all safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborating with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisors

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Labourer or in a similar manual/physical role
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding physical tasks
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from site
• Australian work rights are required for this position
