Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work with immediate start in the region. You’ll perform site prep, material handling, and assist trades across landscaping, construction, and industrial settings, with regular shifts and weekly pay.

Minimum 12 months’ experience in general labour or as a trade assistant, a Construction White Card, a current driver’s licence and reliable transport are required.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean-ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card

• Reliability and punctuality

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel-capped boots
• Safety glasses
• High-visibility clothing
