Job summary

Spectra Recruitment is seeking a motivated Labourer to join our team in Yatala. The role involves working with steel-fixing tasks and a variety of tools and power tools. You will start early (5–6am) with ample overtime paid at penalty rates, and be part of a team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work cooperatively with foremen and colleagues to meet daily targets. Prior experience with power tools is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily factory operations including housekeeping and supporting teams.
• Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure safe operations.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.
• Monitor and report stock levels to the Foreman.
