Job summary

Symal is seeking skilled Civil Labourers to support a stacked pipeline of projects across Brisbane. We require candidates with 2+ years' civil experience, a White Card, and a reliable driver’s license to join our on-site teams.

You will perform daily pre-start checks, assist crew members, and maintain safe, clean work areas in line with safety standards. Ability to pass drug and physical tests is essential for success in our safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a civil environment.
• Have a construction White Card.
• Driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Able to pass a drug test and physical assessment.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

The role:

With a stacked pipeline of projects across Brisbane, Timms are looking experienced Civil Labourers. We are looking for those with 2+ years’ experience in a civil environment.

Your everyday:

• Completing daily pre-start
• General labouring tasks on site
• Spotting and assisting crew members
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe and compliant with safety standards
• Driver’s License with reliable transport
• Minimum 2+ Years experience in similar position
• Have a construction White Card
• Experience working around civil plant machinery
• Able to pass a drug test & Physical assessment
• Strong Commitment to safety & teamwork
