Job summary

MCC Label in Brisbane is seeking motivated production staff to join our finishing and labeling lines. Work three days a week with 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am, rotating every two weeks), four days off each week to rest or pursue interests.

You will assist with sorting, packaging, labeling, lifting, and operate a TXR finishing machine. Prior packing/production experience is advantageous; reliable transport and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Prior packing or production experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Ability to visually distinguish all colours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Safety-focused and follows procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production tasks such as sorting, packaging, labeling, and lifting.
• Operate a finishing machine (TXR).
• Check products for quality and spot defects.
• Follow safety and work instructions to keep the line running smoothly.
• Problem-solve on the go and learn new skills.
