Job summary

Zifo is seeking a Lab Automation Analyst to deliver technical automation services at client sites and collaborate with discovery, engineering, and expression groups to improve research efficiency. You will implement multi-vendor automation, validate software, and train users on instruments.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining automation equipment, scripts, and troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with client policies and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience in CS or life sciences.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience including biotech/pharma or automation provider.
• Experience with scientific instrumentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support of customer laboratory environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation equipment (liquids handlers, plate readers, robotic systems).
• Install, operate, train users on instruments and automation software.
• Configure in-lab settings for automation software and train robotics equipment.
• Perform unit test scripts to validate remote programmed software.
• Document procedures, troubleshooting and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with client's policies and periodic reporting.
