A growing Manufacturing market leader in Wollongong is seeking a Level 1 / Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer. This onsite role requires providing support for Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and assisting users with Windows and Linux PCs, as well as SAP Business One. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Service Desk / Desktop Support.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Desktop Support.
  • Ability to support Windows and Linux PCs.
  • Experience with M365 Administration including MS Teams, Defender, and Intune.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for Microsoft O365 and Active Directory.
  • Support Windows and Linux PCs including user set-up.
  • Assist SAP Business One users.

We have a (12M FTC) Level 1 / Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer role available.

This role will see you responsible for providing L1/L2 Support for Microsoft O365, Active Directory, VPN, Supporting Windows & Linux PC's, setting up users and log-ins. You will also support SAP Business One users.

This role is located in Wollongong, and will work 5 days per week Onsite.

  • 3+ years Exp in Service Desk / Desktop Support
  • Windows Server and Desktop Support Exp
  • Exp supporting Windows and Linux PC's (ideal)
  • M365 Administration Exp including MS Teams, Defender, Intune
  • Windows MDM Device Management Exp
  • Ability to do DNS look-ups
  • Experience providing IT support in Blue collar Industry / environment (ideal)
  • Experience supporting SAP Business One - Desirable not essential
  • Relevant Tertiary Education and Certifications
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration skills
  • Outgoing Personality / able to provide IT support to blue collar workers
