Kmart Australia Limited is seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead store teams across merchandising, replenishment and customer service. You’ll drive high standards, coach colleagues and ensure safe, compliant store operations.

Requiring strong product knowledge and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, you’ll navigate busy store floors with confidence, deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
