Kmart Australia Limited in Western Australia invites you to join our strong, diverse team as an Assistant Supervisor. In this role you’ll help lead store operations, supervise team members, and ensure safe, responsive customer service while maintaining high visual standards.

You’ll support results with solid time management, problem-solving, and collaboration with peers and leaders to drive continuous improvement and staff development across shifts.

Qualificações

• Solid background in retail, ideally with demonstrated experience in a supervisory/team leader role.
• A passion for delivering results and service excellence.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills; safety mindset and customer focus.
