Job summary

Gema Group in Sydney is seeking kitchenhands to join our culinary team across the quick service retail outlets at Royal North Shore Hospital. You will assist with dishwashing, basic food prep support and help ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Experience is welcome but on-the-job training will be provided. A Food Safety Certificate is required, and you may need to meet hospital site requirements, vaccination checks, and background screening.

Qualifications

• Ideally at least one year’s experience; on-the-job training provided.
• Food Safety Certificate is a prerequisite.
• Experience with industrial dishwasher.
• Able to work across a 7-day roster.
• Willingness to meet hospital site requirements including vaccination and background checks.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to build trust and positive relationships with colleagues.
• Maintain impeccable standards with attention to detail.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
