Job summary

raafa Club is seeking an experienced Kitchenhand to join the Food & Beverage team at Cambrai Village Estate in Merriwa. The role operates Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, offering around 30 hours per fortnight as a permanent part-time position.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene regulations and current Food Safe Programs.
• Experience in a kitchen hand/food preparation role is advantageous.
• Team-oriented with a positive, friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Washing and cleaning utensils and dishes with proper storage.
• Handling, sorting, storing and distributing food items.
• Preparing salads, desserts and basic food items as directed.
• Cleaning of kitchen equipment, floors and areas; waste disposal.
• Delivering food to the Lodge at meal times and maintaining tidiness.

The roleand you:

• Wash andclean utensils and dishes and ensuring appropriatestorage
