Job summary

raafa is seeking an experienced Chef to join the Meadow Springs, WA Food & Beverage team on a permanent part-time basis (30 hours per fortnight). The role supports a vibrant club environment with occasional Saturday shifts and a Tuesday-Friday pattern.

You will manage a well-equipped commercial kitchen, lead from the front, assist with stock control and HACCP, and deliver high-quality meals for residents and guests. Competitive hourly rate plus salary packaging available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial cookery completed.
• Familiar with HACCP guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-equipped commercial kitchen to meet residents' needs.
• Assist in managing staff and budgetary requirements to deliver high-quality meals.
• Lead from the front in food preparation and ensure safe, quality meal service.
• Assist with stock control and rotation of stores.
• Take responsibility for kitchen safety using management systems.
• Demonstrate experience in a similar role in a commercial kitchen environment.

Therole and you:
