The Role

Crown offers a wide range of dining experiences, from casual to premium settings. We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Stewards to support our operations in the banquet kitchen.

As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown’s Service Excellence—Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care—ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to elevated hospitality.

In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and supporting essential back-of-house tasks, such as:

  • Maintaining general cleanliness and sanitising all kitchen surfaces
  • Operating commercial dishwashers and using cleaning chemicals safely
  • Managing rubbish removal, assisting with deliveries, and restocking supplies
About You

We’re looking for dependable, efficient individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

You’ll need:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and food hygiene practices
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work independently
  • Flexibility to work late shifts, with finishes as late as 2:00 AM, as part of a rotating roster
Additional Information

Please note: Due to the demands of the role, including the required working hours and the continuous nature of the work, only individuals with full working rights will be considered.

To be successful, you’ll need to be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights, and Public Holidays.
