Job summary

My Muscle Chef is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the Kitchen on the Afternoon Shift at the Yennora facility. The role supports QA in HACCP activities and works with chefs and production staff to uphold quality and safety standards in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

The position is full-time and based on-site, with a focus on maintaining One Flow Process and timely corrective actions in collaboration with the QA team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the food industry is desirable.
• Commitment to food safety principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in hot and cold processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with chefs, production managers and supervisors to uphold quality and food safety during manufacturing.
• Support QA with HACCP prerequisites, including monitoring cook/chill times, pest control, cleaning and sanitation, allergen management and non-conforming products.
• Supervise preoperational inspections and drive corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Maintain One Flow Process and escalate issues to the site QA with timely corrective actions.
