Waverley Social Enterprises – Notting Hill VIC is seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our fast-paced commercial kitchen team in Melbourne. We are a profit-for-purpose organisation that supports people with disabilities and values an inclusive workspace.

You will assist with food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, stock rotation, and end-of-day closing while upholding food safety practices and supporting colleagues with diverse abilities. This role offers a supportive culture with weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Respectful, patient, and supportive of people from diverse backgrounds.

About the Role
