The Fresh Collective, a Sydney/Melbourne based hospitality group, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for 30 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday. Shifts are mainly day hours with occasional evenings. You will perform washing up, basic food preparation and cleaning of equipment and areas, supporting a growing national team.

Pay is level-based: Mon-Fri $34.96, Sat $41.96, Sun $48.95 per hour plus super, with free staff meals and on-site parking as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene practices.
• Ability to lift 10–15 kgs comfortably.
• Valid Australian working rights.
