Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Kitchen Hand for our 95-bed Fairfield aged care home. You will support daily kitchen operations, assist with meal preparation, and ensure safe food storage and hygiene practices.

Deliver nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs, providing respectful, friendly service in a busy, collaborative team environment. Casual shifts with morning and afternoon options available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Hand in residential aged care.
• Understanding of texture modified foods.
• Organised, able to work in a busy kitchen and meet deadlines; strong customer service skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain).
• Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered).
