Chateau Elan at The Vintage Hunter Valley in Pokolbin, NSW is seeking a reliable Kitchenhand to join our fast-paced kitchen team, covering breakfast to dinner and assisting with events and functions. Flexible weekend, night and public holiday hours are available.

ChateauElan at The Vintage is the spectacular setting for our luxury resort and golf club, located in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

The Role

Our Kitchen team currently have an opportunity for a hardworking Kitchenhand to join the team. Our Kitchen team work to cover breakfast to dinner service in our Restaurant, which offers breakfast and a la carte dinner daily. It is a fast-paced environment with a high level of standards, as well as great career opportunities and training.

Our Kitchen team also works with Events to cater for functions, such as weddings, large group dinners and conferences. Successful candidates will be required to work confidently in the Functions kitchen and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The roles will require flexible working availability, with great hours available to those who want them! The role will require weekend, night and public holiday work as needed.
