Job summary

Paul Louy Chinese Restaurant is seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen in Rye, Mornington Peninsula. You will be part of the kitchen team, assisting with daily food preparation and supporting during busy service to help maintain a smooth operation.

This full-time role offers on-site work with free accommodation and meals during shifts. No prior kitchen experience is required, and full training will be provided to help you learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Assisting with general food preparation throughout the day.
• Managing an assigned section of the kitchen during service.
• Cooking and assembling dishes during lunch and dinner service.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards.
