Job summary

Bethsalem Care is seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our aged care team in Australia. You will contribute to high-quality hospitality services for residents in a values-based environment that supports ageing well.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safe food handling, and efficient service. Casual hours may lead into part-time work; relevant certifications are valued and police checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with food in a Commercial Environment.
• Familiarity with clean and safe working practices.
• Able to work quickly and safely with limited supervision.
• Good personal hygiene.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work within aged care standard.
• Cert II in Kitchen Operations & Knowledge of HACCP Processes is desired but not essential

You have a passion for working with people, particularly those who are ageing and genuinely enjoy working in an aged care facility.

You have
