Job Description:

Remove oil/grease buildup from floors and walls. Clean & polish all stainless steel (fronts, splashbacks, benches, kickers, fridge and fridge door etc.). Manage wastewater safely — site has no floor drain.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with kitchen degreasing and stainless cleaning.
• Able to work water-light (no flooding) given no floor drain.
• Care around electrics, skirtings, and wall finishes; protect adjacent areas.
• Available to work:
  • Tue afternoon
  • Tue evening
