Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts at Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort is seeking an experienced Chef to join our busy bistro kitchen. You will prepare quality bistro-style dishes and contribute to weddings, functions and events, delivering memorable guest experiences in a unique resort setting.

You’ll work with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to maintain high standards of food safety and presentation, bring energy and hands-on leadership to service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong skills across bistro-style cooking.
• Experience catering for weddings, functions or events.
• Ability to work confidently during busy service periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

• Relevant cookery qualifications and food safety knowledge
