Shoppingtown Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to help ensure smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced pub setting. You’ll assist with food preparation, cleanliness and supporting the team to deliver great guest experiences.

This hands-on role requires physical tasks, a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends, and a commitment to safety and quality standards within the Endeavour Group network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving stock.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Engage in food preparation and other tasks as directed by the team leader.
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen.
• Contribute to a culture focused on safety and procedural compliance.
