Qualifications

• Experience working in industrial and/or restaurant kitchens.
• Passion for food and kitchen operations.
• Exceptional understanding of food safety guidelines and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ingredient preparation in the kitchen.
• Use our state of the art processing machines.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Ensure critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation.
• Role model and reinforce THISBOWL’s people and culture standards.
