  • Support the catering function in food preparation and maintain a clean environment for safe production of beverages and meals.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene in all food preparations.
  • Contribute to team working and respond positively to colleagues; follow reasonable work instructions promptly.
  • Advise on supply and quality of items used to carry out tasks; ensure timely and appropriate ordering of replacement goods.
  • Act with respect for residents and their visitors, upholding the dignity and individuality of each resident.
