  • Completing opening procedures including setting up the kitchen and receiving stock deliveries.

  • Some customer service and running/dispatching of orders.

Burger Urge Toowoomba South is hiring a Part time Kitchen All Rounder role in Kearneys Spring, QLD. Apply now to be part of our team.

Requirements for this role:

  • Flexible hours available

Burger Urge are on the lookout for lunch and Dinner service Kitchen Hand/Customer Service staff member for our South Toowoomba store. This is a part-time position comprising of Monday to Friday shifts between 10:00am - 2:00pm and 5:00pm-9.00pm.

Full training is provided so prior experience is not essential.

The position:

  • completing opening procedures including setting up kitchen, turning on equipment, receiving stock deliveries and assisting with food preparation
  • working in the kitchen over lunch and dinner service
  • completing post lunch cleaning requirements and restocking for dinner service
  • some customer service and running/dispatching of orders may be required

Applicants must:

  • have the ability to handle a busy, fast paced environment while maintaining high food quality and standards
  • have the ability to work autonomously
  • be well organised
  • take pride in their own work appearance
  • completed or have the ability to complete the I’m Alert food safety course or nationally recognised food safety certificate
