Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking passionate Café/Kiosk Attendants for the NSW Bathurst Aquatic Centre. You will deliver first-class service, manage cafe presentation, and support patrons with food and beverage options.

Shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends; training follows health and safety guidelines, with opportunities to grow within an entrepreneurial organisation.

Qualifications

• Coffee making/barista skills.
• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Current Food Handlers Qualification.
• Police Check.
• Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café.
• Replenished condiments as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash.
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Promote the centre's services and programs to our patrons.
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons.
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods.

The Role

OurCafé/Kiosk Attendantsneed to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring its in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
