Job summary

Rise Early Learning on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead the Kindy room. The role includes delivering high-quality education, collaborating with another ECT, and supporting ongoing professional growth within a welcoming culture.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised ECT degree, Blue Card, and current safeguarding and child safety trainings. Full-time availability Mon-Fri, 6AM–6PM, with flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree.
• Ability to lead a Kindergarten room and mentor staff.
• Positive, inclusive attitude and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kindy room at Rise Early Learning on the Sunshine Coast.
• Collaborate with fellow ECTs to deliver high-quality education and meaningful learning outcomes.
• Mentor and guide the team while implementing contemporary pedagogy and programming.
