Job summary

Honour Early Learning is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our Beenleigh Centre and drive the kindergarten program. You will deliver engaging, age-appropriate curricula, support children’s growth and work closely with families and staff to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in ECE (ACECQA approved), current First Aid/CPR, and a Blue Card, with ongoing professional development and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ACECQA approved) is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates are required.
• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is required.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Kindergarten program.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and staff.
• Observe and document children’s progress and create individualised learning plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve educational programs.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
