Job summary

John Paul College in Victoria is seeking passionate Kindergarten OSHC Lead Educators to join our casual OSHC team. You will help lead a team, support compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law, and act as the Responsible Person in the absence of the Head of OSHC.

The role offers flexible shifts between 6am and 6pm, opportunity to mentor educators, deliver the EYLF-based program, and work within a friendly, experienced team with access to on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring educators in an early childhood or OSHC setting.
• A genuine passion for early years education and building relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• A Paid Working With Children Blue Card.
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and its practical application is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the implementation of the Educational Program in line with the EYLF
• Lead, mentor and support educators within the Kindy OSHC team

About the Opportunity

John Paul College is seeking passionate and experienced Kindergarten OSHC Lead Educators to join our Outside School Hours Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for early childhood professionals with experience leading a team, who are ready to bring that leadership to the delivery of a high-quality educational program within our Kindy OSHC service.

We have multiple casual positions available, with flexibility regarding shifts. These shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 6am - 6pm.

About the Role

Working closely with the OSHC Educational Leader and Head of OSHC, you will help lead a team of educators, support compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law, and act as the Responsible Person for the service in the absence of the Head of OSHC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead the implementation of the Educational Program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
