Great opportunity for an Early Childhood Educator to step into a lead role in a Christian values-driven culture. This is a full-time, permanent role commencing Term 1 2027, located on the Central Queensland

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in ECE and ACECQA level 7 or above.
• Current Blue Card / Blue Card Exemption.
• Solid understanding of NQF, EYLF and QKLG; knowledge of QLD regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead early childhood education program within the college setting.
• Support staff and students across Kindergarten to Year 12 in a holistic, values-driven approach.

Employment Requirements:

• Profess a Christian belief and regularly attend a church fellowship
• An ACECQA approved Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA Level 7 or above qualification)
• Current Blue Card / Blue Card Exemption.
• Deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Childhood Learning Frameworks (EYLF and QKLG), and QLD regulatory requirements
