Are you ready to step into a role where you can grow your career, make an impact, and be part of a vibrant team? The Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club is looking for a House Supervisor to help lead our Food & Beverage team and make every member and guest experience memorable.

About the Role
You'll work closely with our Food & Event Manager to support daily operations across the Clubhouse, bars, and events. From helping set up and run functions to mentoring staff, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support food & beverage attendants, setting the tone for excellent service.
  • Help open and close the Clubhouse and F&B operations smoothly.
  • Serve members, guests, and event attendees with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Assist with function setups and breakdowns to ensure events run seamlessly.
  • Coach and develop your team, including casual staff, helping them grow their skills.
  • Respond to member inquiries or feedback with care and professionalism.
  • Get involved with food handling and light preparation.

Who We're Looking For

  • Some experience in a similar role in hospitality, clubs, or events (even casual or part-time counts!).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of hospitality experience required.
  • A hands-on, energetic approach and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
