What you’ll do

We have a full time Renal Metabolic Key Account Manager role (RM KAM) in South Australia based out of Adelaide and you will meet Nephrologists, Endocrinologists and General Medicine and Nurse Practitioners. We are looking for dynamic, sales driven individuals who are truly patient centric and are passionate about contributing towards the continued growth of a successful and collaborative team to ensure positive outcomes for both patients and the business.

Reporting to the Specialty Care Manager, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing hospital accounts and promoting the product in complex clinical and highly competitive environments.

Essential for the role
  • Pharmaceutical sales or hospital sales experience (preferably Renal Metabolic)

  • A proven track record of successfully managing key accounts including tendering and formulary experience and sound knowledge of protocol

  • Proven experience with a broad base of external customers in the South Australia hospital network, including Directors of Pharmacy and C-suit executives

  • Proven track record in influencing the stakeholder decision-making process in an ecosystem with multiple influential players/decision makers

  • Demonstrated ability of building successful relationships within complex cross functional teams

  • Business and/or Science related tertiary qualifications are preferred
