Ambius Sydney is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key client accounts and lead major interior landscaping projects from concept to completion.

Based in our Sydney branch, you will drive revenue growth through upselling tailored solutions, nurture long-term client relationships, and expand services across existing accounts, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B account management experience in a service business.
• Ability to manage a sales territory and diverse client base.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and autonomous with great time management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and servicing an existing client portfolio with retention and growth focus.
• Overseeing large-scale interior landscaping projects with ops/design teams.
• Identifying client needs and upsell opportunities with tailored solutions.
• Developing strategic relationships within major accounts.
• Preparing customer-focused proposals with product, service, and cost options.
• First point of contact for client enquiries, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate customer records across systems.
• Monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
