• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain positive, inclusive and engaging learning environments through effective classroom management, evidence-informed wellbeing practices and high expectations for student learning and behaviour.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills that help to build collaborative relationships with all stakeholders and support classroom management practices.
• Willingness to actively contribute to co-curricular programs that support whole-school priorities and initiatives, working as a member of a whole school team and contributing to a positive and professional school culture.
