Job summary

Malek Fahd Islamic School – Beaumont Hills NSW is seeking two full-time Campus Relief Teachers to support both Secondary and Primary students across the Beaumont Hills Campus. One position is permanent, and the second is a temporary role until year’s end.

The Relief Teacher will cover absent staff, deliver lessons across K-12, and maintain classroom environments while supporting ongoing teaching programs. This is an on-site role at the Beaumont Hills Campus.

Qualifications

• A qualified teacher with relevant registration/accreditation.
• Adaptable across year levels and subjects.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Enthusiastic about supporting students and staff in a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
• Implement lesson plans and learning activities as required.
• Maintain a safe, positive and productive learning environment.
• Assess and mark student work where required.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback in line with School expectations.
• Supervise students and manage classroom behaviour per School policies.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department, coordinators and staff to support student learning and continuity of teaching programs.
• Participate in School activities, meetings and professional responsibilities as required.
