H&R Block External in Bondi Junction is seeking a motivated Junior Tax Accountant to join our team. You will work closely with senior staff, gaining exposure to individual tax returns and practical taxation skills.

This role offers full training, mentoring, and the opportunity to develop across rental, capital gains, BAS/IAS, and business tax work, with a friendly team in a modern Bondi Junction office. A graduate or junior accountant will be supported to achieve professional growth and CPA/CA

Qualifications

• Accounting degree completed or currently studying.
• Some exposure to Australian income tax returns.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Previous experience in public practice, H&R Block, tax consulting or similar environment is a plus but not essential.

About Us

We are a well-established accounting and tax practice located in Bondi Junction, providing taxation, accounting and business advisory services to individuals and small businesses.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Tax Accountant to join our team. Some exposure to tax return preparation is preferred, however full training will be provided to the right person.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior accountant looking to develop technical taxation skills under the guidance of experienced senior accountants.

About the Role
