Job summary

W3Global in Unanderra, NSW seeks a Junior / Graduate Draftsperson to join our engineering team. You will produce and update accurate technical drawings under the guidance of senior engineers, gaining practical CAD experience.

This full-time, office-based role includes comprehensive on-the-job training and exposure to cutting-edge industrial design software, with support for relocation within the Wollongong region.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship (minimum requirement).
• Australian Defence Baseline Clearance preferred.
• 1–2 years of practical drafting experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Wollongong region.

Responsibilities

• Producing and updating accurate technical drawings, general arrangements, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Learning and mastering new software platforms on-the-job training program.
• Collaborating with clients, engineers, and project designers to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time.
• Ensuring all drafting work aligns with project scopes, guidelines, and Australian Standards.
