Job summary

Brennan is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate and govern digital professional services projects across Australia. You will work with delivery teams, stakeholders and clients to plan, track and report on scope, schedule, cost and risk, ensuring artefacts and milestones are well managed.

Ideal candidates have three years in project coordination roles within tech or digital services, with hands-on experience creating a WBS and leading small client projects, in fast-paced, multi-project

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in project coordination or project support roles in technology/digital/professional services environments.
• Ability to create and own a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Experience leading and owning small client-facing projects.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects and billable delivery models.
• Strong project administration and coordination skills: schedules, trackers, risks, issues, actions.
• Intermediate skills in resource planning and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern digital professional services projects across Australia.
• Manage small digital projects, ensuring planning, tracking and delivery visibility across scope, schedule, cost and risk.
• Work with delivery teams, stakeholders and customers to coordinate activities, reporting, and artefacts.
• Provide regular project updates to clients, project managers and stakeholders, including progress and decisions.
• Support financial tracking by monitoring milestones and invoicing status; assist with project setup and artefacts.
